At the start of the pandemic, DoorDash's CRM team needed someone who could jump in FAST to tackle a barrage of high priority projects. From building out a program to activate new users, to auditing how we execute internationally, to training dozens of new hires, there was no limit to my scope. Fuzzy Pet Health, Head of Lifecycle Marketing, 2019-2020
Fuzzy Pet Health needed Lifecycle Marketing infrastructure to nurture their leads and free users into members of their $600 annual membership pet wellness program, as well as a monthly subscription eCommerce product. I led a team in a high volume environment where our performance was reported to the CEO and shareholders. I led a team in building out audience-focused strategies for driving subscriptions & LTV, and preventing churn using our channels. I developed strategies for major product launches, including Podcasts and SiriusXM and worked with cross-functional teams to ensure scalability and consistency.
2017 - 2018
I was one of the first members of a new digital marketing team for AEG Presents. At AEG, we built a bespoke marketing tech stack, including a migration of our database and custom integrations with ESP and CDPs. I was able to deepen my technical skills through project managing these integrations and working hand-in-hand with our product manager. From this experience, I have become a highly technical marketer who can defend not only the “Why” but also the “How”.
